1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of trafficseoservice.com and your purchase of services from Traffic SEO Service ("we", "us"), 1189 Convey Harb, Pasadena, MD 21122, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
We provide search engine optimization and related services, including audits, technical SEO, content, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, link building and digital PR, AI search optimization, and reporting and analytics. Each package's scope, price, turnaround and billing are described on its service page and in your order. Those descriptions form part of your contract.
3. Ordering and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you. At the time of writing, we add no sales tax.
- One-off services are paid in full when you order. Monthly services are charged when you order and then each month on the same date.
- Checkout on this site currently runs in test mode. No card is charged at checkout. After you place an order, you email it to us, we confirm it and send an invoice by email, and the contract begins when we confirm your order in writing.
- Invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice.
- We may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.
4. Monthly services and cancellation
Monthly services renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice by emailing support@trafficseoservice.com. The month in progress is not refunded. We recommend a six-month horizon because SEO takes time, but you are not required to stay that long. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, timely access to the accounts and systems we need (such as Search Console and Google Analytics), and timely approvals. You confirm that you have the right to give us that access and that your site and content comply with applicable law. Delays in access or approval may extend turnaround times.
6. No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI tools decide rankings, citations and traffic, and they change their systems without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation, link count or revenue outcome. We commit to performing the work described in your package with reasonable skill and care and to reporting honestly.
7. Deliverables and ownership
When you have paid for a deliverable, you own it and may use it for your business, including giving it to other providers. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates and know-how. Third-party material in a deliverable remains the property of its owner. Samples on this site use a dummy domain, and illustrative scenarios are not client results.
8. Third-party platforms and links
Our work depends on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Bing and AI tools. We are not responsible for changes they make or for outages. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. This does not apply to information that is public, that you share publicly, or that we are legally required to disclose.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it in breach of the law. You must not copy or republish our content, including samples, without permission.
11. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text and logos belong to Traffic SEO Service or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.
12. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the site, including the Free SEO Check, is general and is not professional, legal or financial advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content or access you provide that breaches the law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. Termination does not affect rights that arose before it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree to try to resolve any dispute first by talking with each other in good faith. If we cannot, the state and federal courts located in or serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland, have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. The date above shows the latest version.
