1. Summary
- One-off services: full refund if you cancel before work starts. After work starts, a fair pro-rata refund for deliverables not yet started.
- Monthly services: cancel with 30 days' notice. The month in progress is not refunded.
- Kickoff calls: cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies to one-off services.
2. One-off services
- Before kickoff. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled kickoff call, we refund the full price.
- Within 24 hours of kickoff. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled kickoff call, or miss it without rescheduling, we keep 50% of the price of the order and refund the rest.
- After work has started. We refund the price of deliverables we have not started, calculated pro rata from the package's scope. Work completed and delivered is not refundable.
- Delivered work. Once we deliver a package and its walkthrough, it is complete. If a deliverable does not match its written scope, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it. If we cannot, we refund the affected part.
3. Monthly services
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice by emailing support@trafficseoservice.com. You are billed through the end of the notice period.
- The month in progress is not refunded, and we do not pro-rate partial months.
- If you cancel before we have started work on your first month and more than 24 hours before kickoff, we refund your first payment in full.
4. Rescheduling kickoff
You can reschedule your kickoff call free of charge up to 24 hours before it. Inside 24 hours, a rescheduling request may be treated as a late cancellation under section 2.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@trafficseoservice.com with your order reference. We confirm within one business day. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or by the method we invoiced through, within 10 business days of confirmation.
6. Our mistakes
If we make an error that affects your order, such as a wrong charge or a duplicate invoice, we correct it promptly and refund any overcharge in full.
7. Test-mode orders
While checkout runs in test mode, no card is charged at the time of ordering. Invoices are sent after we confirm your order, and the same terms apply to them.
