1. Who we are

Traffic SEO Service ("we", "us", "our") is an SEO studio at 1189 Convey Harb, Pasadena, MD 21122, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through trafficseoservice.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. Questions go to support@trafficseoservice.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, use the Free SEO Check email form or place an order, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address, billing address, kickoff preferences and the content of your message or notes.
Order details. The packages in your order, their prices and your order reference.
Payment details. The checkout currently runs in test mode. Card details you type into the test payment form stay in your browser, are not stored and are not sent to us. If we later add a live payment processor, we will update this policy. We will not store full card numbers on this site.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. We use no analytics unless you consent.

3. How the forms work

We have no server that receives form data. Our contact form, the Free SEO Check review request and the "Email this order to us" button compose an email in your own email app. We receive only what you choose to send. Your Free SEO Check answers stay in your browser unless you email us a review request, in which case we receive the score you choose to send.

4. Why we use your information

To reply to your messages and give you the information you ask for.
To confirm orders, send invoices, book kickoff calls and deliver the services you buy.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site, if you consent to analytics.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To protect the business against fraud and misuse.

5. Legal bases

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on: performing a contract with you or taking steps before one, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, your consent (for analytics) and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential browser storage to run the cart and remember your cookie choice. We use Google Analytics 4 only after you consent. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with:

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, invoicing and accounting tools, and hosting provider, under appropriate terms.
Google, if you consent to analytics, which processes analytics data for us.
Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

If the business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

8. Links to other sites

The "Open in Google Maps" link opens Google's site, which has its own privacy policy. We do not load maps or other third-party embeds on our pages.

9. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep order, invoice and accounting records for as long as the law requires, which is generally several years. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

10. Security

We use HTTPS on the whole site, limit who can see the information we hold and keep the amount we collect small. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and email is not encrypted by default.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including Maryland, California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and not be treated unfairly for using these rights. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. To use a right, email support@trafficseoservice.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time the law allows, generally within 45 days.

12. Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if changes are significant, we will say so on the site.
